Format

Teams will play 1 optional practice round & 3 competitive rounds of 18 holes in the following formats:

18 Hole Optional Practice Round

Friday

&

18 holes of 2-man scramble

18 holes of fourball

Saturday

18 holes of fourball

  • Participants will play all three rounds with a different partner from their team in a 2v2 format

  • Pairings are decided by The Southern Swing for competitive matchmaking

  • Practice Round: Optional practice round (additional to your registration cost) will be available Thursday, April 23rd for all those who wish to attend

All Flight winners will participate in a shootout

Every round will include 2 closest-to-the-pin (KP) competitions. This is optional and requires a $20 entry cost per round the participant wishes to play

Closest to the Pin (KP) Contests

Awards

  • If all members of the winning team are not present at time of the awards Saturday night, they will forfeit their placing, trophies and money unless approved by The Southern Swing previously.

Side Competitions

Due to popular demand, we will again be having an optional putting competition Friday night

& 50/50 raffle Saturday night

  • Registration will begin October 31st, 2025

  • ONE PERSON FROM EACH TEAM WILL BE RESPONSBILE FOR SIGNING UP ALL 4 MEMBERS OF THEIR TEAM AT THE SAME TIME. You will need the information below for each teammate when signing up. If you are unsure on who all 4 of your teammates will be, still sign up for 4 spots and notify Jeff Hawkins that you’re signing up placeholders. AGAIN, YOU MUST SIGN UP ALL 4 SPOTS AT ONCE:

  • The registration will include a non-refundable deposit of $500 and the remaining amount owed will be due 2/15/20256

  • Total cost is $1,450

  • If payment is not made, a participants spot is not valid and will not be held
